Instructions

Participants are invited to submit a long abstract by May 24th  2024. Accepted contributions will be selected on abstract review by the Scientific Committee. Upon abstract acceptance (notified by June14th 2024), at least one of the co-authors is expected to register as a presenter of the conference. Author(s) of accepted abstracts will be requested to submit a 6 pages full paper in PDF format (max 10MB) by September 6th 2024, which will be included in the electronic proceedings to be provided to all the registered participants.

Scientific Committee will select and invite authors of the 20/25 most valuable works to submit a paper in a dedicated Special Issue on Flow Turbulence and Combustion

• Each Full registration is allowed to submit and present up to 2 papers
• Each Student registration is allowed to submit and present up to 1 paper

Abstract:
Max 2 pages – 1000 words (PDF, A4 format, font Time New Roman 12, including references and  max 1 figure)

Full paper:
Max 6 pages (PDF, A4 page format, LateX/Word template will be provided soon)

Poster session

A Work In Progress Poster Session will also be organized: Posters must be in A0 format portrait orientation (841 mmx 1189 mm). Contributions to the Poster Session must be communicated to organizers no later than July 30th 2024 by sending an email to info@icjwsf2024.org.
